Since commenting on this bug, I found that KVPNC works on 8.04 KUbuntu.
It finally started working outside our firewall after a download in
December 2008. That was with a Thinkpad T61p running KUbuntu. KVPNC

Please note that I reported a bug based on the post in Ubuntu forums.
When I printed the Virginia tax form, it would not print at all. It
wound up in my CUPS queue as stopped. In other words, I never got to the
point of missing letters.

file. I cannot even print the file using Evince.
I am updating this, because I've tried KPDF printing directly from the
site and using a downloaded copy. Both appear to print properly. So, it
seems at least there is an Evince pr

I can print this document using KPDF, and I looked for missing
characters and could not find any. As soon as my Hardy desktop CD
completes burning, I'll try this out.

I will boot this T61p with Knoppix, and retrieve the files for you. It
will take a few days, but I'll post the rest of the files. The system
just won't boot. If it is possible to recover this and you have
suggestions on how to recover what I had I'll try that too.
