When I run without an xorg.conf, it asks to reconfigure the graphics.
After restarting, gnome-system-monitor doesn't crash x anymore, but is

1. System > Preferences > Advanced Desktop Effects Settings.
2. Scroll down and open "Scale" under the Window Management section.

I'd like to echo the previous comment. The driver works until I try to
connect to my schools wireless, which uses WPA2 TTLS with secondary PAP
security. It kernel panics within seconds of trying to connect.

is sorta similar, other than it isn't actually installing the flash
plugin even after restarting firefox. Firefox shows me two options,
Gnash and the Adobe flash plugin. When

I've done a fresh install of Edgy (final build) on my Toshiba Tecra M3.
The system does not resume from Suspend to Ram. It appears to resume
from Hibernate the couple of times that I tried.

Importance
Any movement on this? Has it been submitted upstream? This bug is a year
and a half old, and other distros have figured this out. It's time to
have a unified proxy configuration.

Something very similar happens if you input the user password, but leave
the group password blank.
In my case, I entered my user password, and accidentally hit enter
instead of tab, and the NM Applet disappears just like above.

I too desire this functionality... Many times the group password is
static, but the user password changes, so saving them BOTH is not very
useful.

Okay I accept that this conforms to the GNOME HIG.
A better suggestion for the "Quit" button may be "Abort Installation" or
"Abort" as the dialogue is explicitly asking if the user wishes to
abort, or maybe rephrase the question to something like "Do you really
want to quit the installation now?".

Cancellation of installation from Ubuntu Feisty Herd 5 shows a dialogue
containing the message "Do you really want to abort the installation
now?". The dialogue provides Cancel and Quit buttons when it should
provide "Yes" and "No" buttons as the
rom work. Hope this helps, and I hope I
didn't waste anyones time.
