Yes, I am using gutsy. When I scroll through a page the screen in very 'jumpy'. This has only started once I upgraded. If I turn the desktop effects ON there is no change, but all my windows become slow & clumsy. I had been using compiz in 7.04 and everything looked amazing, not a single problem.
