Having used very stable versions of scite built from source, and on
other distros, I have seen this behaviour so far only with the version

For me, if I open scite via the Gnome menu, then click on the scite menu

I cant reproduce this in Edgy on 0.44-1ubuntu1. However, its not
completely satisfactory.
If I select only svg's, I see no issue. If I select a large PNG, the
memory footprint jumps by about 30Mb, and drops only about 5Mb down

Just to confirm that if I do select a save location, there is no crash.
That save location is not remembered, and this also may be an issue to

downloaded yesterday, on the screens asking for a typed input, if you
switch to caps lock, the caps lock will behave as a shift lock.

many stations there are, the status will always say "X station".

A number of support requests and threads exist for this Audio hardware,
which Ubuntu 6.06 LTS does not seem to deal with at all. Most of the
requests are people who cannot get any sound at all.

Since the Java 1.5 license is OSS compatible (1.4.2 isnt), maybe that
should become the default for both this and openoffice. Not only was it
considerably faster, but a number of java related issues (read CRASHES)
stop.
That is unless both the serious and repeatable issues, and speed
problems with
Testing this on my machine with 2.16.0-0ubuntu4 on Edgy on x86 does not
show this problem.

enabled.
Steps I took:

* Select properties
