After a distribution upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 to Ubuntu 24.04 on
Raspberry Pi, I am getting this same error with policyd-rate-limit.
Policyd-rate-limit is installed through the Ubuntu package manager, not
pip3.

I tried this and it doesn't seem to have helped.
It seems the frequency of freezing has increased.
When is freezes the mouse also freezes. Nothing can be done and requires
a coldboot.

Starting in OpenStack 2022.2 (Zed), compressing static assets with
django-compressor fails around 5-10% of the time (see also the Debian bug [1]).
This is done during the Horizon postinst and prevents the package from
installing when the race occurs.
I just did an update (still have the error), and now after rebooting, I
do not have any network or bluetooth adapters showing up. I can see the
devices in lspci, but the kernel doesn't seem to have the modules to
load anymore.

We usually expect some analysis of reverse-dependencies when asking to
remove a package, see

In this case, I would have
(just a small note that also a backport is a commitment, and you aren't
supposed to one-shot the upload... although I suppose one could see it
as a smaller commitment than an SRU given the smaller impact.)

Miriam is unavailable for doing this testing at the moment, however from
my reading of the bug it seems validation is simply to verify the tests

Once you have the production keys, could you please share the grub
verifying keys with us. We would need to embed in our firmware for
default static secure boot and to use as def
I can verify that after installing the update, issue is fixed for me;
particularly the issue I have reported here:
https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-360649. I have been testing
this for one working day with Webstorm and Intellij IDEA, neither show
symptomps of the issue any more.
