Public bug reported:

homer-api has been removed from Debian Testing because it has a
dependency on a package that has been removed from the source package
kamailio.

Please remove homer-api so that the newer kamailio can migrate out of
plucky-proposed. If homer-api is fixed, it can be automatically synced
back to Ubuntu.
