After a distribution upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 to Ubuntu 24.04 on
Raspberry Pi, I am getting this same error with policyd-rate-limit.
Policyd-rate-limit is installed through the Ubuntu package manager, not
pip3.

Thanks Manuel for your swift response! I checked the new kernel (linux-
raspi) from the boostrap ppa (checked on 31.03.2025) and I can confirm
it works without problems for Pi Zero 2W.
