FFe approved, since those big changes mostly impact Kubuntu, that's currently
in a half upgraded state.
There is also a long history of successful FFe here (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/~rikmills/+bugs?field.searchtext=FFE+KDE+frameworks&search=Search&field.status%3Alist=NEW&field.status%3Alist=CONFIRMED&field.status%3Alist=TRIAGED&field.status%3Alist=INPROGRESS&field.status%3Alist=FIXCOMMITTED&field.status%3Alist=FIXRELEASED&field.status%3Alist=INCOMPLETE_WITH_RESPONSE&field.status%3Alist=INCOMPLETE_WITHOUT_RESPONSE&field.assignee=&field.bug_reporter=&field.omit_dupes=on&field.has_patch=&field.has_no_package=)

Please let us know as soon as possible if anything doesn't go as
planned.

(This reply is back'd up by the real release team ;-D)
