I have Courier-imap configured and working correctly. However no incoming mail
is being recd. into the maildir. What do i need to do to integrate Sendmail
and Courier-imap. Once i have that i can have squirrel mail configured.

doesn't work. If you refresh the page, the error is gone and focus works.

You don't need qmail, but you do need an MTA that works with Maildir. I
believe courier-imap comes with it's own smtp server... not sure though
cause I use QMail. :)

specifically to deal with some problems that IE has with SquirrelMail
(e.g. not handling attachments properly). It fixed those problems but
seems to have caused another one - the "Folder list update forces
message list update" option
