Hello Jonathan, Thanks for the reponse. Do i need to uninstall Sendmail to install postfix? Is postfx easy to set up? Is it possible to use another IMAP server with Sendmail that does not use maildir? That way i do not need postfix. Thanks, --Kapil

A lot of hacking of source code. Sendmail doesn't support Maildir format without hacking the source up a bit. There are plenty of docs on how to do that. Instead of making a system unstable by doing such, I'd suggest looking at something else instead such as postfix. Postfix handles Maildir/ quite flawlessly (and mbox too if you decide to go back), and is (in my opinion) a much better option than sendmail. -- Jonathan Angliss ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SlickEdit Inc.
