Uninstalling it would be safest... but it is more than possibly just to rename the binary files. Postfix includes its own sendmail binary as a replacement so it doesn't end up breaking programs that call it directly. As for setting it up... yes... very easy. I think the very first install of postfix I did took me about 30 minutes from download to running. There are plenty of guides on the web, even the postfix website (http://www.postfix.org) has a couple on which are easy to follow. > Is it possible to use another IMAP server with Sendmail that does > not use maildir?
