Have you looked at mod_bandwidth.c for apache? I believe it is compiled as
a DSO for apache in RH 6.0 and 6.1. You will need to add entries for it in
httpd.conf to load the module and set the bandwidth restrictions. For info
on the mod_bandwidth module, go to

like my 100 meg swap partition is corrupted. Monitoring the system today
using "top", this is what I saw. Never once did the swap file get used.

ethernet card driver? I was able to detect and use my old
