You need to have a file with the IP's parameters in it for ifconfig to load
the multiple IPs up at boot. Go look in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts for
some files that have names like ifcfg-eth0. (I think thats the right
directory) For each IP you want loaded at bootup, there needs to be a
corresponding file with the IP parameters.
