It did happen occasionally with e.g. volume OSD, but I don't have a reliable
way to reproduce it.
But with virtual desktop OSD it happens always after session startup.

Apparently it does. For example, in the "Compositor" section in systemsettings
there is only option in "OpenGL Interface", which is EGL.

It was built with GLX support, and epoxy found it. But KWin didn't list it in
org.kde.kwin.Compositing.supportedOpenGLPlatformInterfaces, because QtOpenGL

Well, I've got SSD drive with 11G out of 131G being free on my ntfs partition.
And in my case Transmission did not have this bug. Well, at least the interface
