Hi alpha porters,
As I wrote in the bug report, I am turning around to find a fix. This
bug did not appear in the previous build from the same release. It
also does not appear on other architectures, because ircd-hybrid only
uses epoll on alpha as rtsigio does not work there.
Any help would be de

I suggest that one of the 2 packages drops the file.
It seems that in sarge, we have a "ntp" from the logcheck package
and "ntp-server" from the ntp-server package, and ntpdate from the
ntpdate package.
In unstable, we have both logcheck and ntp shipping ntp,

The build-dependency on xapian-core should be versioned. I've prepared
a fix and asked my sponsor to upload it, but it will then be waiting on
xapian-core-0.9.7-1 which is currently in the NEW queue.
Cheers,
Olly
