tag 384276 -unreproducible retitle 384276 netatalk does not start if there are no interfaces available thanks
Recent upgrades to netatalk fail to start if there is not an interface which supports atalk up; this is suboptimal, as network interfaces can come up and down dynamically, and it should always be able to at least to netatalk stuff on localhost. Furthermore, it breaks installs which were previously working. Also, it's kind of annoying that the start in the background support has been broken in the official init scripts.
