Just downgraded and tested 1.6.1.0~dfsg-1.0.0jones1 -- I no longer see
the crashes that I was experiencing with 1.6.2beta3.
I was able to reliably reproduce this crash by:
- Calling my number from the outside
- Logging into the voice mail system
- Selecting 3 (advanced options) and 4 (transfer ca
a crash. Running asterisk doesn't not compensate for the
dropped calls when the asterisk process crashes, though, but helps a
little.
Anyway, I am downgrading in the hopes that I won't see the problem with
1.6.1.0.

I do think there's a bug in /etc/network/if-up.d/mountnfs because
nfs-common is not getting started before attempting to mount the
NFS shares. I think that's the root cause of this problem. Setting
ASYNCMOUNTNFS to "no" is just a workaround.
