fltk1.3 [1] to ensure that my latest upload of it doesn't migrate until
fltk1.4 is ready to avoid a gap in fluid's availability.

I also found massive link errors, resolvable by correcting the top-level
Makefile to pick up source/*.cpp and source/*.c rather than the
nonexistent *.cpp and *.c.
