Per https://bugs.debian.org/1077777, two of ncbi-blast+'s reverse dependencies (cct and kleborate) encountered autopkgtest regressions on s390x following a recent upgrade to its latest upstream release. I suspect big-endian support subtly broke in some fashion I don't have time to troubleshoot at the moment, so I've added a build dependency on architecture-is-little-endian, at least for now. Could you please proceed to remove ncbi-blast+'s s390x build from unstable so that the package can migrate to testing? FTR, a few non-release architectures will also stop building the package: hppa m68k powerpc ppc64 sparc64 Thanks!
