Oops, arranging to use system Mbed TLS 3.6 in lieu of vendored 3.2.1 didn't work out quite as well as I'd initially thought, with builds succeeding but actual usage attempts failing. AFAICT, we need to add a call to psa_crypto_init and make other tuneups TBD.
