dgit push-source --collab-non-dgit for ncbi-tools6 6.1.20170106+dfsg2-3 a little while ago failed: dgit: error: (sym)link /home/amu/src/ncbi-tools6/ncbi-tools6-git/../ncbi-tools6_6.1.20170106+dfsg2.orig.tar.xz ncbi-tools6_6.1.20170106+dfsg2.orig.tar.xz: File exists Adding -D revealed that the problem to be that dgit was for some reason trying to run QF linkorigs twice -- once at startup and again for quiltification. I eventually managed to get past that by separately confirming that no fixups were needed and proceeding to add --quilt=nocheck. (--quilt=nofix was insufficient.) Could you please take a look?
