I have now; I'd missed that the system instance's use of bootstrap.ring.cx stemmed from a configuration file (/etc/default/dhtnode) that nothing else consulted by default. At this point, dhtnode -b bootstrap.ring.cx and dhtnode -b bootstrap.jami.net both work for me; OTOH, I finally have IPv6 access and as such can no longer speak to what happens with only IPv4. > I suggest we close this bug here on the BTS as well. OK, I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. Thanks for your work here, and sorry for the earlier confusion! -- Aaron M.
