volume is raised too 100% the moment the next video is started.
An educated guess is that this is related to gain control. At least I
heard of that happening ;).

Hi!
I installed Debian on my old Mac Mini G4 today (see installation report [1])
and tried to get X up and running after rebooting the machine.
Unfortunately, I couldn't get X to work with anything but the fbdev driver.

Hi EMBOSS developers,
due to a rebuild of the Debian archive with clang compiler that is
featuring more strict type checking than gcc an error in the emboss
package was detected. Since I'm not fully sure how to properly fix this
situation I wonder whether you might be able to provide a patch.

Hi,
I've been bitten by this bug too, though in a different manner.
I still have the acpi-support package installed on my laptop. When I push the
suspend button, my system will suspend, as expected.
When I resume (minutes or hours later, as the case may be), the system will
then resume properly,

Seems to me like the problem is "simply" that there is a missing
parameter to vpn_connection_import(). It should in effect have about
the same signature as vpn_connection_new().
The attached updated patch seems to fix the issue. (Taken from Ubuntu,
against n-m-applet 0.9.8.8)
