Hi,
There's this issue where mediatomb fails to build on the powerpc. The bug is
http://bugs.debian.org/465177. Does anyone here know if inotify is supported
on the powerpc?
Also, does anyone know what kernel version the powerpc buildd machines are
using?

This just happened today, 13/2/2007 12:00 NZDST, after I did an "apt-get

I have attached a backtrace from a core file.

After today's update I couldn't use tshark with a script that I run daily.

The above script does not work due to the changed output of ldd with libc6 >=
2.3.4 (see #301455), wrong path definitions and some missing sockets in
$jail_dir/dev.
I attached a patch which fixes these problems.
Greetings,
Carsten.

So now I've got to recompile my kernel just to have sound?
How nice. I haven't had to do that since about 1998. I guess this is good
enough reason as any to remove Debian from my laptop. Sad too, it's been
Debian since before Woody was released.

Hi,
libmagick10 now ships in Debian with High Dynamic-Range Images (HDRI)
enabled. Upstream disables it by default.
I don't think that it's a good idea to enable it.

I am not sure if this is posible but the dependency "libcwidget-dev (>=
0.5.6.1-2)" has to be also < 0.5.8 as version 0.5.8 misses the file
strhash.h, so aptitude is unbuildable with that version.
