virtualhost context (see #289868), but ssl.conf is global server
context. Therefore, you have to add the workaround to your ssl
virtualhost file.

Is there a reason you didn't bump the package to match the soname on libpt?
libpt 1.10.7 isn't binary compatible with 1.10.2.
Thus we normally bump the package name to match the soname and
