I've adapted the OpenBSD stuff and created a patch. Maybe
you want to look at it if this works.
Thanks for doing this.
In general, the OpenBSD code seems to be a couple versions back, as it
has K&R function definitions and omits a couple other changes I made
(quite) a while ago.
I wonder

Coin,
I was in need of baz running under woody and just did a quick
backport. Just to say this exact bug occured on a real woody machine
without any chroot/sudo/pbuilder/whatever tool.
So this bug is not at all pbuilder related. Hope this helps.

I committed a new /etc/pam.d/su, which move the pam_wheel examples after
pam_rootok.
I also added a comment to indicate that root may need to be added to
the group if pam_rootok is not used earlier.
Kind Regards,

I don't understand why linux-kernel-di-powerpc-2.6 was being
autobuilt since it is a powerpc-only package, which must be manually
built on powerpc in order to be uploaded to the archive at all. The
same is true for all the linux-kernel-di-* packages; we've been doing
it this way for at least a year

Hello,
I have totem-gstreamer installed, version 1.0.4-1, and Xorg is
segfaulting when totem begins to display its visualization while playing
an audio file. I tried playing an mpg video and it worked, but when it
starts playing an audio file it bombs.
See ya,

OK. (Maybe a message like that should appear in the prompt at the

You need to provide more context. I have no idea
what you are talking about.
/etc/environment is a datafile read by pam_env, and do not really have
anything to do with init, as far as I know.

The .pot files in iso-codes sometimes use msgids that are not ASCII.
However, the GNU gettext manual says:
Note that the MSGID argument to `gettext' is not subject to
character set conversion. Also, when `gettext' does not find a
translation for MSG

Well all I know is I was successfully able at least to slow down
programs with /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq stuff, and also
more with throttling, and even more still with both at the same time.
