API doc was not in sync with changes in the source code, which, in turn had
been changed to actually fit what it was supposed to be (see upstream
bug #153937 [1]).
It has been fixed in latest upload of libxml2, thus leaving the bug in

fixing the link, the file came up. This fix also worked for the other mozilla

I'm also seeing this problem. Could it be because zope-zwiki depends on
a version of zope and zope2.7 doesn't provide a version?
