I might be wrong on Conflicts vs Replaces, but my upgrade _did_
fail on this file conflict (I was able to resolve it by
force-removing php4-cgi). I can't tell you right now what
version of php4-cgi I had exactly, so I'll reopen this bug when
it occurs again next time.

Note that there are two possible orientations of the log. If the end 
with the larger diameter is facing downstream, the log is said to be 
big-endian; otherwise, it is little-endian.
