OK that makes sense. I was indeed using gnuskin and various support
stuff for it. 

That might explain the other problems I was seeing in the new (20040901)
version, as we have seen enough problems with gnuskin on our office
(tarball, not .deb) TWiki to disable it. 

Consider the bug report withdrawn from debian. I'll follow up on
twiki.org if it appears to be useful.
