Both of them are outdated. The new version is 1.6.3, and none of them are
updated.
If you want to maintain the hath package you can file an orphan request
and get the package in order to fix it.
Among the two existing packages, hentaiathome is outdated, orphan
xiota.
Also FabioLolix sent you a patched PKGBUILD for a splitted package
providing both qt and gtk2 versions.
