Does not make the package legitimate, still an unneeded duplicate. See refiled
PRQ#59168.
The package maintainer intention was to create a VCS package but he
added an explicit commit ID resulting to have a fixed version git package.
Collaborate with the package maintainer to fix the package issue.
If he refuses to comply, after some time file another request. Closing
also PRQ#59168
