[Bug 370596] Re: Deluge Fails to Start
I can confirm the same issue, and it's happening on jaunty. I marked bug #383509 as a duplicate of this one, but I am now unsure if it is the exact some issue. The problem is that deluge starts up, and the gtk UI does not load. I attempted to use it using the console UI and was able only to connect to the local deluge daemon, but commands such as info do not work. To be sure, I compiled from source, and the issue is still there. Can confirm that downloading and installing the flashplugin from the adobe website fixes this. http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html Link to website Here's a quick and dirty command string that should do all this for you. Steps taken, so you know what happens: 1) Kill firefox, to make sure it isn't running (Best to do this before running, really) 2) purge flashplugin-installer from your system 3) get the archive of libflashplayer.so 4) extract the archive 5) make it executable (not sure if this is needed?) 6) copy libflashplayer.so to your home firefox plugins directory killall firefox;sudo apt-get purge flashplugin-installer;wget http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/flashplayer10/libflashplayer-10.0.32.18.linux-x86_64.so.tar.gz;tar -xvf libflashplayer-10.0.32.18.linux-x86_64.so.tar.gz;chmod +x libflashplayer.so;cp libflashplayer.so ~/.mozilla/plugins/ I tested the command on my system twice, so it should run fine for you. When the switch is turned off, the wireless card and internal bluetooth are turned off. However, when the switch is turned back on, only bluetooth comes back on. The issues are then, after the switch has been cycled once: 1) Network-manager disables itself and requires have "Enable Networking" manually ticked back on. 2) "Enable Wireless" remains grayed out, regardless of the state of the kill switch. Playing with iwlist shows that wlan0 is set to down after the kill switch is turned off. When it is turned back on, wlan0 remains down. [Bug 432748] Re: Pulseaudio uses 100% CPU, locks up system
Edited bug, as I am experiencing this as well. May be a duplicate of #428130. I am experiencing this, but on top of this pulseaudio will produce only static. It seems to only happen with flashplayer outputting sound. As I also experience static, could it be a combination of this bug and #301755? ** Changed in: pulseaudio (Ubuntu) Status: Invalid => Confirmed -- Pulseaudio uses 100% CPU, locks up system https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/432748 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1951491] Re: Can't run snaps: .slice/session-1.scope is not a snap cgroup
Same problem with both 22.04 Server and Ubuntu Mate 22.04. All the confined GUI snaps have this problem and thus can't run. First, I encountered running MATE desktop via X2Go Server.
