You need to get better friends. Find friends who know Linux and your life 
is easier.

Read the man page for RPM (man rpm). Good stuff. Also, on rpmfind.net you 
can put in the name of any file and it will tell you what RPM package it 
came from, plus where to get it.

Don't worry; every time you go through one of these experiences you learn a 
lot, and you'll get better very quickly if you work at it.
