Do things manually first, then later read the documentation for wu-ftpd (note the "d" at the end). For example: # wget ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/7.2/en/os/i386/wu-ftpd*rpm # wget ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/7.2/en/os/i386/anon-ftp*rpm # rpm -Uvh wu-ftpd* anon-ftp* # chkconfig wu-ftpd on # service xinetd restart Seriously, though, you need to do a little reading and get yourself better educated about this. Or, while you're in the process of learning get a friend to help you or even pay someone a little to help you if you're very short on time. Finally, *PLEASE* trim (i.e. delete) unnecessary text from your replies.
