You don't ahve an ftp server installed, at all. If you did, you'd have wu-ftpd or pro-ftpd (the two options that come for installation).
You'll need to install one of them, first, and then, if you really need anonymous ftp, you'll also need to install the anon-ftp rpm. Have you configured your RHN/Up2date account, yet?
