That's "wu-ftpd".

Nope...nothing really useful, there.  The fact still remains that you 
don't have the ftp server installed.

My suggestion...go to http://rpmfind.net, and then find, download and 
install the wu-ftpd and anon-ftp RPM files for your particular version of 
RedHat, and then enable the ftp server via the chkconfig command I sent 
you, previously.
