The HOWTO basically says "...assuming you've installed your Linux system and nameserver daemon already," thus neatly sidestepping the issue. The fact is that I only know RPM so far, so can't help with Debian, SuSE, or tarball instructions. I will include how to install later on. -- Rodolfo J.
