I have searched the archives at dejanews, but I can't come up with
an answer. Not in English at least.

I have a 6.4GB Maxtor hard drive that I want to move my current system to.
My current system has a 1.6GB drive devoted to WIN95 and a 1.7GB drive
devoted to REdhat 5.0. I have tried setting the system up with a 100M
/boot partition (I know it's large, but I wanted to make sure redhat
doesn't outgrow it in the near future), a 1GB WIN95 partition, and then
several linux partitions. I can't get lilo to write to the MBR of
the disk. Is it true that Windows has to be in the first part of the
disk too, or can I put all my Linux stuff first and then tack WIN95 on
the last 1GB of the disk? Can someone who has a disk near this size
which contains both their linux and Micro$haft partitions on it please
send me the output of df. Thanks very much.

Have a good day!
-Vicki
