This should be very easy to prove since SCO (AKA Caldera) developers are 
listed in the kernel archive as contributors of code enhancements and 
improvements.  These developers had either apparent or austensible 
authority to place this code into the kernel, which is all we need to 
show by law.  Looks like an open-and-shut case.  SCO loses.
