Every cell phone I ever bought included the wall-wart & the plug to go into the automobile 12V (cigarette lighter) socket.
I just don't grok "buy a new charger every time you bought a new phone". The charger always came with the phone (even the damn iPhone included a wall wart & 12v thing-a-ma-bob).
