I have went here many times and the scan will not start. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just me. Thank you, SandySandy-

Even though it may not be a v-irus, reformatting might be all that will fix the problems. First let us know what the results are then you can go from there. -Clint

No you're not the only one Housecall wont scan for. I worked out somehow that, at least in my case, it was because I use Netscape.
