Additional hosted CI update: Java analysis, CodeQL, Docker image build, `k8s-examples-http`, license/header, changes, and migration checks have passed. The `it` workflow's HTTPS job failed before integration tests at `docker compose up`: pulling `apache/shenyu-integrated-test-https` returned `pull access denied` / repository does not exist. Fail-fast cancelled the sibling protocol jobs, so those integration cases did not run. This failure is in the test-image setup path; the PR changes only admin service code and its unit test.
