Fixes #6496 The instance-health DB sync task was scheduled directly with `syncDB`. An exception from one `createOrUpdate` call escaped the fixed-delay task, so `ScheduledThreadPoolExecutor` suppressed every later run. Schedule an exception-isolated sync path that logs a failed instance and continues processing the remaining cached instances. Later fixed-delay runs retry failed entries. Keep the synchronous `syncDB` call used during shutdown unchanged so shutdown errors still surface to the lifecycle caller. Validation: - `./mvnw -pl shenyu-admin -Dtest=InstanceCheckServiceTest -Djacoco.skip=true -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true test` — 12 tests passed; Checkstyle clean. - `./mvnw -pl shenyu-admin -Djacoco.skip=true -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true test` — 1,722 tests passed, 0 failures/errors, 1 skipped. - `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
