we had before "ca" and "ca-XV", is "ca" equal to "ca_XR"? I see that
"ca" is already added in Pootle but the existing old translation is not
yet merged. Translation have already started which make no sense as long
as the old stuff is not merged.

Can somebody confirm if "ca" is equal or can be used for "ca-XR" and
that I should merge the existing translation.
