I found an interesting thread on http://gnucash.1415818.n4.nabble.com/GNC-AqBanking-help-for-Citi-CC-td4701006.html which talks about two things: a) a trailing space on the username (which seems to be required for Citi) b) the APP_VER setting http://gnucash.1415818.n4.nabble.com/GNC-AqBanking-help-for-Citi-CC-tp4701006p4704773.html has the details. You can specify the APP_VER manually by setting the Identify as to "Quicken Windows (Expert)" and enter the value in the textbox (see attachment).
