What version of KMM are you running?
I was thinking about going back to 5.0.1 or 5.0.2 but it's probably not
worth the trouble if this is affecting a lot of people. It feels like a
bank issue.
My issue is with the exact same card and the time frame is identical.
I'm still running KMM 4.8.0. This is clearly due to something the bank
has changed and they have no interest in providing support.
