Namely, the time and frustration involved with every aspect of external monitors. I was unable to rotate a monitor, plugging/unplugging took as long as 1 minute to display anything near correctly (which is embarrassing when I'm plugging in to present in front of several hundred people), etc. This bug I've had a work-around for for a very long time (a script I have run from krunner with great success). Plasma has a lot of problems and limited resources, but we have to prioritize. I've only had to use my plasma-fix work-around script once in the last 6 months, so I'd call it an aberration, and one that doesn't hinder my work tremendously.
