Looks like there is a caller that runs per query, not just per reader open: `AcceptDocs.fromLiveDocs` hands the raw `LiveDocs` back from `bits()`, so `FaissLibraryNativeImpl.search` hits `FixedBitSet.copyOf(bits)` on every KNN query over a segment with deletions.
