If `Lucene99FlatVectorsFormat` can somehow write corrupt index files when the vectors total size is > 2.1 B, we need to (separately) fix that! I'm glad you wrote this Monster test ... it seems like it uncovered a lurker bug. I'll try to review this PR soon!
