Add `Facets#getBulkSpecificValues` method and implemented it in every class that implements `getSpecificValue`. Also moved FacetLabel class one level up from `org.apache.lucene.facet.taxonomy` to `org.apache.lucene.facet` to be able to use it as argument for `getBulkSpecificValues`.
